Ghost Plugins is a brand operated by The Ghost Company, LLC (“Ghost,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers ghostplugins.com and related Ghost services, including plugins, templates, Plugin Studio, Ghost AI, workspaces, accounts, Ghost+ membership, and the scripts and files we host for installed products (together, the “Services”).
By using Ghost, you agree to use the Services responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with this policy.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your activity and for content you upload, submit, create, or publish through the Services, including activity by people you invite to your workspaces.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you use with Ghost.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the Services to:
- Break the law or encourage others to do so.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Upload malware, malicious code, or code designed to harm visitors or systems.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
- Publish fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content, including phishing.
- Publish sexually exploitative content involving minors, or other illegal content.
- Send spam or unauthorized advertising.
- Collect others’ personal information without consent.
- Gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Services.
- Scrape or bulk download products or content.
- Bypass licensing, payment, credit, or access controls.
- Resell or redistribute Ghost products outside the Product License.
- Impersonate Ghost or another person.
Plugin Studio and Ghost AI
Do not use Plugin Studio or Ghost AI to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or to try to extract our systems, prompts, or source materials. Review AI output before publishing it.
Intellectual property
Respect the rights of others. To report infringing content, see Copyright & Content Complaints. Product-use rights are set by the Product License.
Reporting abuse
Report violations of this policy through our help page at https://ghostplugins.com/help. We review reports and may ask for more information.
Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close accounts, as described in the Terms of Service. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to resolve the issue first. Enforcement does not by itself revoke properly licensed existing projects.
Changes
We may update this policy as described in the Terms of Service.
